Production

Please allow 10 business days from when your order is placed until delivery.  Note that turnaround time starts once you have approved your proof.  Please note if you choose to see an electronic proof before we begin your order, this will delay production.  

Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide.  Orders are shipped by UPS Air to most destinations and DHL to select countries. 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your design before we go into production we will issue a full refund.  If your order has been approved and has gone into production, it cannot be refunded.
